EDUCATIONAL FOREST
The first educational forest in French Polynesia, the AOA forest extends over several hectares and takes visitors to meet birds and offers an immersive and fun journey around Polynesian flora (history, richness, evolution), the inhabitants of the forest (insects, birds, mushrooms) and the forest ecosystem.
And to add a touch of adventure, a treasure hunt is offered!
Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

AOA winner of Sustainable Tourism
Only 3 months after the opening of its educational forest, AOA Polynesian Forests is the winner of the first edition of the "Sustainable Tourism Initiatives Competition" organized by Tahiti Tourisme on the occasion of World Tourism Day.
In line with the strategy of the Pays Fāri'ira'a Manihini 2027 of the GIE Tahiti Tourisme, we wish to make the Mo'aroa valley a pole of sustainable ecotourism , as well as a model of development that respects the environment and benefits the communities.
